Your Wellness Roadmap Leader's Guide (1999)

This 76-page publication is intended to help educators use the "Your Wellness Roadmap" lessons with clients. This lesson series grew out of the need to stem the rising incidence of type 2 diabetes in Pennsylvania as well as the nation. The four lessons are designed to spark interest in preventative health behavior. This publication includes information on the program itself, lesson goals and objectives, lesson content, handouts, group presentation scripts, recipes, evaluation forms, and more.
