The Healthy Diabetes Plate (2003)

The purpose of this curriculum is to visually teach people with diabetes the types and amounts of food they should consume, using the Idaho Plate Method (IPM). The curriculum is divided into four lessons and requires 4-6 hours to teach. It consists of a binder containing the four lessons, a CD with PowerPoint slides for three of the four lessons, evaluation tools, handouts, and activities.
