This is a report of a study that uses NPD's National Eating Trends data, which tracks all foods and beverages prepared or consumed in 2,000 households during an average 2-week period, and reflects fruit and vegetable consumption patterns through February 2002. This data includes al fresh, frozen, canned, dried, and juiced fruits and vegetables eaten "as is" and as an ingredent, excluding french fries and potato chips unless noted.
